Don't want to use PayPal?                         

We are always willing to help ways to support our customers, and that includes helping you pay in ways that you are comfortable with. While on this site we only accept payment via Paypal at this time, there are other ways you can pay!     

  •   Pay via online invoice 
    Email us at [email protected] to request an invoice.
  • Pay via personal check
    Make checks payable to "The Steve Frankel Group, LLC" and mail to: 282 Cedar Ridge DR, Rio Vista, CA 94571.

Include this information with invoice request/mailed check: 

  • Your name 
  • Your email address
  • The course(s) you wish to enroll in

Once alternate payment is received we would provide a redemption code for the course(s) in question.

After pressing the Enroll button on the course page, you will be taken to the checkout screen. On the left-hand side of this screen, there is a link that says "Have you been given a redemption code for this course? Click Here". 

Press this link to open the coupon field, enter the coupon, then press the "Apply" button to apply the code to your order.

When you are signed in, you can find your course within your Course Dashboard. You should be automatically redirected to the dashboard upon going to portal.sfrankelgroup.com, but if you are not, you can get there directly with portal.sfrankelgroup.com/enrollments.

Click on the image of the course to open it.

You can find your course/webinar Downloads within your course. Your course is found from your Course Dashboard. 

If this is a webinar, your handouts will be fully uploaded before the webinar begins.

  1. Open the lesson that is called"Course Content", "Handouts" or "Handout Downloads". There will be a list of 1+ PDF files.
  2. Press the Download button next to a PDF file and it will open in a new tab/window.
  3. In the new window, there will be a print and/or download icon you can use to do said functions.
  4. Return to your course when ready.

Your course/webinar must be marked 100% complete to unlock your CE Certificate!

To complete your course you must:

  1. Mark every lesson as complete by pressing the "Complete & Continue" button at the bottom center of the screen.
  2. Complete the online Course Evaluation
  3. Complete the online Post-Test (On-Demand courses only

Note: If your course is a webinar, some lessons will be locked until the day of the webinar and until attendance is determined for the webinar.

You CE Certificate is automatically awarded upon the 100% completion of your course/webinar. At that time you will be able to find it in "My Account > Certificates". 

Don't see it there? 
Make sure you have completed the course by pressing the "Complete & Continue" button for every lesson within the course!

Your CE Certificates are valid for 5 years after you've unlocked them, and sometimes you information will change in that time. 

If you need to change your information, this is what you do:

  1. Go to "My Account > Profile" and update the information in the fields.
  2. Contact us at [email protected] and request certificate updates
  3. Once we confirm your updates have been applied to your certificates, visit "My Account > Certificates" and view/download your updated certificates!

Some email networks - usually .edu or .gov emails - have security settings that automatically block our emails.

In order to ensure you receive course updates, zoom links, etc., we recommend the following:

  1. Go to "My Account/Profile" and edit your email address to be a personal email address instead of a work/school email

  2. Contact [email protected] to request we send a test email to you, so you can check if the change has worked

  3. Make sure to check your Junk folder!
