Featuring a well-respected and expert line-up of speakers, learn the latest in the custody evaluation field from 2024 through the course's release. Legal and Judicial perspectives will help professionals understand another point of view, resist/refuse dynamics are covered, and a best practice booster is covered. Additionally, learn the latest about power dynamics and their influence on IPV, legal changes and safety challenges.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the full training series, you will be able to:

(CCE) Evaluate key responsibilities in parenting plan evaluations and pinpoint frequent challenges that compromise clarity, neutrality, and utility to the court
(CCE) Analyze how to design reports that organize findings clearly and reflect a deliberate approach to hypothesis development and testing

(CCE) Identify when a resist/refuse case has reached a dead end and therapy is no longer making any progress

Who is this bundle for:

Anyone can enroll in and learn from this series of courses. But this bundle is ideal for licensed Custody Evaluators/Parenting Plan Evaluators. 

This training is approved for purpose by the Judicial Council of California, per California Rules of court 5.225. While many jurisdictions have similar requirements, we recommend that if you are in other jurisdictions that you double check with your licensing board if this training series will be accepted.
