Gain unparalleled insight into the judicial and legal dimensions of child custody evaluations in this dynamic two-part program.

Hon. Margo Lewis Hoy (Ret.) brings participants behind the bench to reveal what judges look for in evaluator reports, how they interpret findings, and how evaluators can communicate more effectively with the court—especially in cases involving domestic violence and complex court orders.

In addition, Sandra Mayberry, Esq., CFLS delivers a timely update on critical legal developments shaping today’s evaluations, including Kayden’s Law/Piqui’s Law, relocation disputes, and emerging issues of cyberbullying and cyberstalking.

Perfect for new and experienced evaluators alike, these presentations blend judicial perspective with cutting-edge legal guidance to strengthen evaluators’ competence, clarity, and court-readiness.
