The Job-Share Parenting Series:

Holding Parents Accountable. Parenting is a job and post-separation parenting is a job-share. Learn a different, unique approach to evaluating parenting behaviors. We cannot fire parents, but we can demote them.

This series looks at the evaluation of four parenting behaviors in the context of this job-share:

Each of these activities will be covered by a course in this series (see webinar dates above). Four areas of primary interest and responsibility of job-share parenting are identified: 1. Education, 2. Health well-being and safety, 3. Optional enrichment activities, and 4. Family. Best Interest factors will be identified that are relevant to these activities and interests.

Observing and Evaluating Parental Decision Making:

This presentation focuses on decision-making by post-separation parents. Decision Making processes and tools are identified. The "Do"s and "Don’t"s of Decision Making are listed. Process styles, use of language, effectiveness of the process are identified as areas to evaluate. Positional thinking and underlying interests will be explained as an evaluative tool.

This training is appropriate for both new and experienced CCEs who are
seeking new information and a unique perspective.
