Learning Portal Transition

We are in the process of transitioning all of our courses - webinars and on-demand - to our Learning Portal.
Do you have questions about our transition? See if we answer them here or contact us at [email protected]

I have already purchased a course - what happens to it?

For courses you have already purchased on the Classic site, you will still access them on the Classic site.

This applies to courses in progress and completed.

I want to purchase a new course - how does that work?

All new on-demand course purchases of a course that has been moved will be made from the Learning Portal. You will then access it from the Learning Portal.

I want to buy a bundle on the Learning Portal, but already purchased 1+ of the courses on the Classic Site.

If you wish to purchase a bundle on the Learning Portal, but have already purchased one or more of the courses within the bundle on the Classic Site, please contact us at [email protected] so we can assist you.

Where do I find my CE Certificates?

For courses completed on the Classic Site:

  • If you still have access to the course: go to your Classic course dashboard, click on the course, then navigate to the certificate section to re-generate the certificate.
  • If your course access is expired: email us at [email protected] and we will send you a copy of your CE certificate.

For courses completed on the Learning Portal:

Are the CE Credits any different?

No. The CE credits earned are the same no matter what site you earn the certificate on. The certificates on the Learning Portal look different from the ones on the Classic Site, but they all hold the proper CE accreditations for each individual course.

Why do I need a different account for the Learning Portal?

The Learning Portal and Classic Site unfortunately do not have a compatible technology behind them, so we are not able to use the same user accounts for both websites.

However, both sites are managed by the same team at the Steve Frankel Group, so you contact the same people for technical issues no matter which site you are on.

Since 2024, all Webinars have been hosted on our Learning Portal

Enrollment in a webinar includes an online webinar course, which MUST be completed in order to obtain the Webinar CE Certificate.

Webinar enrollment prior to December 01, 2025, included a redemption code for the on-demand course if the enrollee was unable to attend.

Webinar enrollment from December 01, 2025 onwards includes automatic enrollment in the on-demand course if the enrollee is unable to attend.

Technology ages just as anything else...

After much examination, we decided that our Classic Site was no longer capable of keeping up with the quality of courses we desire to provide.

Our Learning Portal is designed to meet the style of Online Learning Course that many people are coming to be familiar with now, in an age where online courses are being used more and more often.

It allows our users to have better visibility of their certificates, courses and handouts.
