Complete Every Lesson to Unlock your CE Certificate

In order to unlock your certificate at the end of this course, it must be 100% complete. That means that you must mark each lesson as completed.

For most lessons that means simply clicking the "Complete & Continue" button at the bottom center of the page (See Figure A).

Lessons that have been completed will have a check mark next to their name on the lesson list (See Figure B).

  • 2Reminder: Don't forget to press the "Complete and Continue" button!

Course Content

  • 1"Handout Downloads": Find, view and download any/all downloadable content tied to this course. May also contain links to other supplementary resources such as videos, blogs, etc.
  • 2"Course Videos": Contains the video(s) that make up the course.
    *Note: You can expand the video to full screen by pressing the button on the bottom right corner of the video screen.
    *Note: The steps following this will not unlock until this is completed.
  • 3Reminder: Don't forget to press the "Complete and Continue" button on each lesson!

Evaluation

  • 1"Evaluation": How did you like this course? Did it meet your expectations? Let us know all this and more in this brief survey.
    *Note: The steps following this will not unlock until this is completed.

Post-Test

  • 1"Post-Test": Take your online post-test. You need to pass, but can retake it as many times as needed.
    *Note: The steps following this will not unlock until this is completed.

Wrap-Up

  • 1"What's Next": Here you will find final information about your course, links to where to find your certificate, links to other relevant courses.
  • 2Reminder: Don't forget to press the "Complete and Continue" button on each lesson!
  • 3Your CE Certificate is automatically generated as soon as EVERY lesson is marked complete in the course! Find your CE certificate in My Account > Certificates. It will be available for 5 years from the date earned.
